Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serves as a clinical resource for physicians, stakeholders, patients, and staff; escalates issues as needed.
• Oversees care by clinical and support staff and mentors new hires.
• Interviews, hires, and orients clinical staff; conducts performance appraisals.
