Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards.
• Establishes and adapts individualized treatment plans with goals and frequency.
• Documents accurately and timely using measurable terminology.
• Educates patients and caregivers including discharge recommendations.
• Oversees OT assistants and rehab aides according to regulations.
• Contributes to patient safety and departmental quality initiatives.
