Job summary

You will document all activities to meet regulatory and departmental standards and participate in initiatives to improve operations and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Performs initial and ongoing assessments of patient’s condition and establishes goals and plan of care with patient/family.
• Delivers therapy interventions using standard PT techniques appropriate for age and condition.
• Completes documentation to comply with department, hospital and regulatory standards.
• Participates in departmental initiatives for operational improvement and education offerings.
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.
