We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in movement-based therapy, functional rehabilitation, and performance enhancement. You will work with a diverse patient population, from athletes to individuals recovering from injuries, providing hands-on treatment, movement analysis, and tailored exercise programs to optimize recovery and prevent future injuries.

Education & Licensure:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Physical Therapist.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid.

Experience & Skills:

• 1+ years of experience in an outpatient, orthopedic, or sports rehab setting preferred (new grads with strong movement-based training will be considered).
• Strong understanding of movement science, biomechanics, and functional training principles.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and hands-on treatment approaches.
• Experience working with active populations, athletes, or individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries is a plus.
• Ability to develop creative, evidence-based treatment plans that integrate movement re-education and performance enhancement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate and motivate patients.
• Passion for lifelong learning and staying up to date with the latest research in movement therapy and rehabilitation.
• Comfort with technology, including EMR systems, video analysis tools, and patient engagement platforms.
