Summary of Job Duties: Come join our dynamic outpatient therapy, community fitness and sports medicine family! **SIGN-ON BONUS AVAILABLE**
This position is located in Midtown on the UAMS Campus and will be integral in treating a general PT population to include aging adults, orthopaedic, and neurodegenerative conditions. We value mentorships, continuing education, and a healthy caseload to provide individualized care as appropriate.
The outpatient physical therapist provides an individualized evaluation, during which the client, family/caregiver, and physical therapist determine the patient's goals, customize interventions to optimize the person's ability to perform functional activities, and continuously assess progress towards goals to ensure goals are being met and/or to modify the intervention plan based on the patient's needs and skills. Functional outcomes data is completed through collection of best practice data via patient questionnaires, performance measures, and documented treatment interventions.
