Job summary

PTMatch in Northwest Indiana is seeking a dedicated physical therapist to join a well-established, growing clinic. You will evaluate and treat about four new patients daily, with follow-ups, coordinating care with PTAs on your team.

Aides/techs provide support to keep you focused on patient care. We offer life-long learning with advanced clinical training, con-ed, and a collaborative team that puts patients first.

Qualifications

• Valid Indiana PT license
• CPR Certification preferred
