Innovative Physical Therapy in Indiana is seeking a Physical Therapist Clinic Manager to lead the day-to-day operations while delivering high-quality one-on-one patient care. The role combines clinical leadership with administrative responsibilities in a private practice setting.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage staff through hiring, onboarding, training, and development.
• Build and maintain employee morale; ensure appropriate staffing.
• Manage daily clinic operations including scheduling, front office, equipment and property upkeep, patient records, and compliance logs.
• Understand clinic performance and work with the owner to drive improvement and coach performance.
• Foster relationships with patients, physicians, and referrals to support clinic growth.
• Provide comprehensive care to achieve positive patient outcomes and ensure accurate documentation.

The Opportunity

What You Will Do

• Support and manage staff through hiring, on-boarding, open communication, training, and development opportunities.


• Build and maintain employee morale and motivation; ensure the team is appropriately staffed.


• Manage daily operations of the clinic including staff scheduling, front office, maintenance of equipment and property, patient records, and compliance logs.


• Understand clinic performance to support success of clinic goals. Work with Practice owner to develop and implement plans as necessary to improve overall clinic success ensuring proper coaching to align individual team performance to goals.


• Foster professional relationships to support clinic growth including but not limited to new patient, physician referrals, and workers compensation.


• Provide comprehensive care to achieve successful patient outcomes


• Complete proper documentation in an accurate and timely manner

Qualifications

Your Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapy License in Indiana or eligibility to obtain one (Required).

Pay Range

USD $80,000.00 - USD $100,000.00 /Yr.
