Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a Program Manager for the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) to oversee daily operations, admissions flow, and administrative management in an outpatient setting at our Flowood, MS facility.

This non-licensed leadership role coordinates with admissions, clinical staff, medical providers, nursing, case management, referral sources, and executive leadership to ensure smooth patient care throughout the treatment continuum.

Qualifications

• Masters' degree required from an accredited college or university.
• Three to five years of related work experience.
• Preferred: Mississippi license as LCSW, LMSW, or LPC.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, oversee, and manage the PHP daily operations.
• Ensure efficient operations, timely admissions, and quality patient care.
• Maintain regulatory and organizational compliance.
• Facilitate coordination between admissions, clinical staff, medical providers, nursing, case management, referral sources, and leadership.

Education

Masters' Degree from an accredited college or university

Three to five years in related work experience

Mississippi license as LCSW, LMSW, or LPC preferred
