The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree with 3–5 years of related experience and may have Mississippi licensure (LCSW/LMSW/LPC).

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university and 3–5 years in related work experience.
• Experience coordinating outpatient services, admissions, and cross-functional teams.
• Mississippi license as LCSW/LMSW or LPC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily PHP operations, admissions, and staffing.
• Ensure quality patient care and regulatory compliance across the treatment continuum.
• Support census growth and ensure complete, compliant clinical documentation.
