Job summary

Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare in Flowood, MS is seeking a PRN licensed therapist for our outpatient department. The Therapist will oversee patient intake, conduct comprehensive assessments, and coordinate with referral sources to ensure appropriate level-of-care placement.

The role requires a Master's degree and an active Mississippi license (LCSW, LMSW, or LPC) with at least two years of psychiatric setting experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited program is required.
• Active Mississippi license (LCSW/LMSW/LPC) is required.
• Minimum of two years' experience in a psychiatric setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, document, and facilitate patient intake per hospital policies.
• Conduct comprehensive admission assessments and gather clinical/ psychosocial information.
• Coordinate with referral sources, patients, families for appropriate level-of-care placement.
• Initiate Master Treatment Plan at admission and support continuity of care with the treatment team.
