Qualifications

• CT pharmacist license required.
• Six years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in outpatient/retail pharmacy operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day outpatient/retail pharmacy operations to ensure quality and continuity.
• Directly supervise technicians and support staff; provide coaching, accountability, and evaluations.
• Translate strategy into daily operations by executing programs and workflows with the Director, Outpatient Pharmacy Operations.
• Address patient and member concerns to promote high-quality service and timely delivery.
• Serve as primary operational liaison for pharmacy technology and enterprise applications; provide troubleshooting and support.
• Coordinate communications during system outages, upgrades, and initiatives to maintain safe operations.
• Develop staff training and education for new and existing employees; support system adoption.
• Monitor performance metrics and present recommendations for improvements to the Director.
