Job summary

Froedtert Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to coordinate daily operations at the Oak Creek location. This on-site role supports pharmacists and technicians, guiding workflow and ensuring accurate processing of medication orders.

The position requires strong customer service, attention to detail and leadership. Wisconsin registration must be obtained within 12 months of hire, with CPhT or ExCPT certification within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a pharmacy technician preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; accredited technician program preferred.
• Wisconsin registration required by hire date; CPhT or ExCPT certification required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of the pharmacy technician staff at the assigned Oak Creek location.
• Provide guidance regarding technical and operational information; assist pharmacist with processing orders and monitoring drug therapy.
• May procure, measure, compound, count and deliver medications under pharmacist supervision; operate within Wisconsin regulations.
