The pharmacist will shape workflows, ensure high-quality care, and support operations of a growing outpatient service in a dynamic regional hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Active license to practice and dispense in state of practice.
• Immunization certification if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Review medication orders for allergies, dupes, and drug interactions; intervene as needed.
• Ensure medications are prepared, delivered timely, and stored securely.
• Counsel patients and promote medication education and adherence.
