Qualifications
Must be licensed as a BCBA.
At least a Master’s degree in a relevant field and one year experience with children on the spectrum.
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and functional behavior analyses.
Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans.
Supervise and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
Monitor progress and maintain clinical quality.
Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
