Job summary

HealthPro Heritage is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for their outpatient pediatric clinic in Spring Lake, NC. This role offers full-time or part-time positions with hours up to 6 PM. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and supporting RBTs. Candidates must have a BCBA license and a Master’s degree in a related field, along with experience with children on the spectrum. Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a BCBA.
• At least a Master’s degree in a relevant field and one year experience with children on the spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and functional behavior analyses.
• Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor progress and maintain clinical quality.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
