Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our trusted ABA partner in Spring Lake, NC. • Job Title: BCBA
• Salary: Total annual compensation (including bonuses) can range from $85,000-$102,000
  • Annual Base Salary: $85,000-$95,000 per year
  • Bonus Potential: Up to $12,600 per year in billable-based bonus potential
• Schedule: 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday
  • 1 work-from-home day per week is permitted after billable requirement has been met
• Setting: Clinic
• Caseload Size: Average of 5 clients per BCBA
  • 20% supervision is encouraged for each client
• Billable Requirement: 25 hours/week
• Location: Spring Lake, NC

Job Responsibilities

• Create individualized, evidence-based goals and behavior plans that actually work in real life - home, community, and center.

• Collaborate with other service providers across a variety of therapeutic disciplines to create a comprehensive treatment team for your client.
