Qualifications

• BCBA Certification is required.
• State license is required if mandated by the state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct descriptive and functional analyses and interpret results.
• Design and supervise behavior-analytic interventions.
• Implement assessment and intervention methods for a range of cases.
• Teach ethical and effective behavior-analytic interventions and provide training.
• Supervise ABA paraprofessionals and review data collection.
• Submit session notes, progress notes and treatment plans promptly.
• Adhere to Our Child Therapy policies and procedures.
