Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
• BCBA License is required.
• Proficiency in ABA assessments and development of treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and interpret skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction assessments.
• Create individualized, evidence-based goals and behavior plans.
• Train, support, and advocate for your RBTs.
• Provide meaningful family guidance to clients’ caregivers.
• Collaborate with service providers across therapeutic disciplines.
