Responsibilities

• Schedule patients, check in, registration and verification of demographics and insurance.
• Input insurance details, referrals, pre-authorizations and copayments.
• Assist patients and visitors with directions and information.
• Reschedule appointments and coordinate reminders as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and secure handling of records.
• Ensure reception area is welcoming and materials are current.
