• Outpatient/Admissions: minimum 3 years of customer service in customer-facing roles.
• Current Jefferson Seamless Access Representatives with 1 year of experience meet requirements.

Aufgaben

• Register patients and gather complete demographic and insurance information.
• Enter orders and confirm medical necessity for outpatient visits.
• Interview patients to complete the MSPQ questionnaire for Medicare patients.
• Verify insurance coverage and benefits using RTE/Phreesia and payer sites.
• Collect out-of-pocket liability and copays; ensure referrals and authorizations are on file.
• Rotate through all Patient Access points (Outpatient Registration and ED) and assist teams.
