Qualifications

• Active Florida OT license required.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Senior living or similar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and implement OT treatment plans for residents.
• Deliver direct therapy in senior living settings.
• Improve ADLs, fine motor skills, and cognition.
• Educate residents and caregivers on therapy goals.
• Document progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
