Job summary

Sequoia Care in Florida is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to join our growing team. You will assess and implement treatment plans to help residents regain daily living skills, restore function, and thrive in their environments.

Flexible schedules or steady hours are available to fit your lifestyle and career goals. We offer a $250/mo travel stipend for part-time and full-time roles, plus competitive pay based on experience, BCBS medical insurance, life and disability coverage, a 401(k)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Florida (required).
• Senior living or similar experience preferred.
• CPR certification (per facility/state requirements).
• Strong interpersonal, clinical, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop customized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Deliver direct therapy to residents in senior living settings.
• Focus on improving residents’ ADLs, fine motor skills, and cognitive function.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and strategies.
• Document progress and modify treatment plans based on resident response.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure integrated care.
