Sequoia Care in Florida is hiring licensed Occupational Therapists to join our rehab teams across senior living, skilled nursing, and home health settings. As an OT with Sequoia Care, you will assess residents, create treatment plans, and help regain daily living skills and independence in their environments.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Florida (required).
• Senior living or similar experience preferred.
• CPR certification (per facility/state requirements).
• Strong interpersonal, clinical, and documentation skills.
• A passion for resident care, progress, and functional independence.

Aufgaben

• Conduct evaluations and develop customized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy to residents in senior living setting
• Focus on improving residents’ performance in activities of daily living (ADLs), fine motor skills, and cognitive function
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and strategies
• Document progress and modify treatment plans based on resident response
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure integrated care
