Sequoia Care in Florida is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to join our rehab teams serving senior living, skilled nursing, and home health settings. You’ll assess and implement treatment plans to help residents regain daily living skills and function, with flexible schedules and steady hours.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in Florida (required)
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• CPR certification as required by facility/state
• Senior living or similar experience preferred
• Able to be accredited by all insurance payers
• Strong interpersonal, clinical, and documentation skills
• Passion for resident care, progress, and functional independence

Responsabilités

• Conduct evaluations and develop customized OT treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy to residents in senior living settings
• Focus on improving residents’ performance in ADLs, fine motor skills, and cognitive function
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and strategies
• Document progress and modify treatment plans based on resident response
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure integrated care
