Physical Rehabilitation Network, Inc. in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Physical Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic clinic. You will provide exceptional care to help patients regain mobility and manage pain in a supportive, team-based environment.

The compensation package includes a salary range of $85,000 to $120,000 per year with productivity incentives up to $32,000, comprehensive medical plans, PTO, holidays, and opportunities for residency, mentorship and professional development.

Competenze

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any state-required certifications.

Mansioni

• Assess patients to determine functional abilities and goals.
• Develop and implement personalized PT treatment plans with modalities.
• Guide exercises, manual therapy, and progression of activities.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and discharge summaries.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and staff for comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and injury prevention.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards and regulatory requirements.
