Job summary

California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work in our outpatient ortho clinic in Santa Ana. You will assist PTs, implement treatment plans, and guide patients through therapeutic exercises to support recovery and rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited PTA program and state licensure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and team.
• Experience as PTA in a clinical setting and familiarity with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans devised by the PT.
• Regularly communicate patient progress with PTs.
• Instruct patients in therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Monitor patient progress and treatment responses.
