Spine & Sport Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our outpatient ortho clinic in Orange, CA. The role involves collaborating with PTs to implement rehab programs and support patient recovery.

We offer a competitive pay range of $30–$38 per hour plus incentives, with potential to earn up to $32,000/year in productivity incentives. This is a full-time, on-site position at 1449 W Chapman Ave, Orange, CA 92868.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited PTA program.
• State licensure or certification as a PTA.
• Experience in orthopedic rehab is preferred.
• Proficient in documenting patient progress and treatment notes.

Responsabilités

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by the PT.
• Communicate with PTs on patient progress.
• Guide and instruct patients in therapeutic exercises.
• Monitor and record patient progress and responses to treatments.
• Ensure and monitor caseload to maintain attendance.
