Job summary

Endeavor Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Physical Therapist for our East Austin outpatient team. You’ll evaluate patients, develop care plans, and deliver evidence-based hands-on therapy to improve mobility and function.

This role supports new graduates and experienced therapists with mentorship, development resources, and a collaborative, clinician-led culture. Expect a balanced, patient-centered caseload and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• DPT or MSPT/MPT/BPT from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and quality of life.
• Treat orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, chronic pain, balance, dizziness, concussion, and mobility-related conditions.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation and Raintree EMR for efficient care and management.
