Silver Creek Physical Therapy, a member of Therapy Partners Group, seeks a Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our outpatient orthopedics team in California. You will evaluate patients, plan personalized treatments, and implement evidence-based therapies in a collaborative clinic.

Responsibilities include documentation, patient education, progress monitoring, and ongoing professional development to uphold high standards of patient care.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals.
• Implement various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in compliance with clinic policies using Raintree.
• Educate patients and families about rehabilitation processes, home exercise programs, and preventative care strategies.
• Regularly assess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Stay updated on the latest research, techniques, and best practices in physical therapy through continuing education.
