Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Therapeutic Interventions: Implement therapies including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate progress notes using the clinic's EHR while complying with regulations.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and families about rehab processes and home programs.
• Progress Monitoring: Regularly adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Professional Development: Stay updated on latest research and best practices through continuing education.
