Job summary

Innovative Therapy Concepts (ITC), a therapist-owned therapy management organization, partners with OrthoGeorgia to provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy in Kathleen, Georgia. We seek an experienced PT to evaluate and treat a diverse caseload, including upper/lower extremity and spine patients, with strong mentorship and a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Review physician referral and patient records to determine treatment needs.
• Assess strength, range of motion, and functional capacity to develop treatment plans.
• Plan and document written treatment programs based on evaluations.
• Administer manual and therapeutic exercises to improve function.
• Instruct patients and families on home programs and use of assistive devices.
• Utilize modalities (e.g., heat/cold, electrical stimulation, ultrasound) as appropriate.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatments to maximize outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to coordinate care.
• Supervise PT assistants or students when applicable.
