Job summary

Innovative Therapy Concepts, in collaboration with OrthoGeorgia, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join the outpatient orthopedic team in Kathleen, Georgia. You will evaluate and treat surgical and non-operative patients, with exposure to upper and lower extremity and spine care in a supportive clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Strong emphasis on patient care, outcomes and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Review referrals and determine PT treatment.
• Assess strength, function, and ROM; develop treatment plans.
• Administer manual and therapeutic exercises to improve function.
• Instruct and motivate patients to perform activities and use devices.
• Document treatment, responses, and progress in charts.
