PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Texas is seeking full-time Physical Therapists to advance orthopedic and musculoskeletal care. You will join a growth-minded team that supports professional development and patient-first outcomes.

You’ll evaluate, treat, and educate patients; design evidence-based plans; and manage documentation in the EMR. Competitive base salary ($75k–$95k), sign-on up to $10k, and monthly incentives accompany a rich onboarding and mentorship program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and treatments for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow in the EMR system.
