Job summary

Vista Physical Therapy in Little Elm, TX, is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic clinic. You will provide exceptional rehab services, design personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to help patients regain mobility and reduce pain.

The role offers competitive base pay ($80,000–$99,000) with monthly incentives up to $2,500, plus student loan repayment up to $25,000 and opportunities for growth and advanced residency programs.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and other state-required certifications.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine goals and function.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with modalities.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions.
• Maintain documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans to optimize results.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain timely evaluations and discharge summaries.
• Stay current with PT techniques and best practices.
• Delegate and use PTA when applicable.
• Support a collaborative clinic culture and adapt to scheduling.
