Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, goals, and needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and implement exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress, evaluations, and discharge summaries.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures and home exercises.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
