Job summary

Vista Physical Therapy in Denton, TX is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic clinic. You’ll join a collaborative team serving patients to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve quality of life.

The role offers competitive pay with a base of $80,000–$99,000/year (DOE), plus monthly incentives up to $2,500 and student loan repayment options. Total compensation can exceed $110,000 annually depending on experience and performance.

Qualifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any state certifications as required.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation and records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals using various techniques.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy and interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures and home exercises.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals for comprehensive care.
• Maintain timely discharge summaries and progress notes.
• Stay updated on PT techniques and best practices and apply them appropriately.
