Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• DPT or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
• CPR certification as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments to guide therapy goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy.
• Document progress accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff for patient care.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and prevention.
