Job summary

Premier Orthopaedics, in partnership with Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Aston outpatient clinic. You will assess, treat, and manage patients with orthopedic conditions, develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, and educate patients and families on therapies and home exercise programs.

This role includes supervising Physical Therapy Assistants and Aides, contributing to staff education, and supporting ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and current certification as a physical therapist accepted
• Master’s degree and current certification as a physical therapist accepted
• Doctorate degree and current certification as a physical therapist accepted

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and establish goals, treatments, and care plans in conjunction with physicians, patients, and families
• Ensure appropriate treatments are performed in an interdisciplinary manner, consulting with physicians on patient care
• Document findings, treatments, and other patient information accurately in the medical record
• Educate patients and families on therapies, exercises, and home care instructions
• Serve as an information and education resource for patients, families, and staff
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Physical Therapy Aides
• Support ongoing education and professional development of the Physical Therapy staff
