Premier is a leading orthopedic practice serving the Greater Philadelphia area. We are seeking a Physical Therapist to assess patient conditions, establish goals, and develop comprehensive care plans in collaboration with physicians.

You will educate patients and families, document care, and participate in interdisciplinary care while supervising PT aides and promoting ongoing professional development in a supportive setting.

Competenze

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania
• New graduates encouraged to apply
• Experience in an outpatient orthopaedic PT clinic preferred

Mansioni

• Assesses patient condition and establishes goals, treatments, and care plans with the physician and patient/family
• Ensures interdisciplinary treatment and consults with physicians about the impact of physical therapy factors on the patient’s health status
• Documents findings, treatments, and other patient information for the medical record
• Educates patient/family on appropriate care and use of various therapies/exercises
• Serves as information/education resource for patients, families, and staff
• Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants and Physical Therapy Aides
• Provides ongoing education to the Physical Therapy staff
