Spire Orthopedic Partners in Lowell, MA is seeking an entry-level Physical Therapist to join our growing network. You will screen, evaluate and treat patients, develop goals and coordinate care with the team to advance treatment and discharge planning.

The role requires a Master’s degree in physical therapy and an active Massachusetts license. You’ll work under HIPAA and regulatory guidelines, maintain documentation, and contribute to patient education, safety, and clinic programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctoral degree in physical therapy as evidenced by current state license.
• One year of physical therapy experience, orthopedic outpatient experience preferred.
• Active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, insurance regulations, policies, procedures, and other regulatory policies.
• Knowledge of safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe environment.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate (verbally and written) and collaborate with a variety of teams and individuals.

Responsibilities

• Screen patients regularly to determine need for additional intervention or modifications.
• Evaluate patients to obtain data for treatment planning and implementation.
• Interpret data and formulate goals and treatment plans with the care team.
• Provide physical therapy services per guidelines and clinic policy.
• Monitor patient responses and modify treatment to meet goals.
• Educate patients, families, and staff and provide in-service education as needed.
• Document results of assessments, treatments, and discharges.
• Ensure infection control compliance and safety regulations.
