Job summary

Spire Orthopedic Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients, design therapeutic plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include thorough documentation, scheduling, and ensuring compliant billing practices.

New graduates are welcome; licensure eligibility in CT (NY if applicable) is required. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, continuous learning, and participation in group education activities.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Valid PT license or eligibility to become licensed in CT (NY if ONS Harrison).
• New grads welcome; strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy evaluations and treatments per policy and professional ethics.
• Designs, implements, and modifies therapeutic interventions including exercise and manual techniques.
• Maintains accurate documentation: initial evaluations, SOAP notes, flow sheets, and discharges.
• Ensures timely billing and assists front desk with authorizations; maintains safety.
• Pursues continuing education and participates in journal clubs and mentoring.
