OrthoVirginia in Virginia is seeking enthusiastic Physical Therapists to join our outpatient orthopedic team. You’ll work with patients to restore function, improve mobility, and empower recovery in a collaborative care setting.

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or DPT in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapy license and CPR certification.
• Orthopedic experience preferred, but all levels are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed evaluations to understand patients' conditions.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans with goals.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and protocols.
• Educate patients on their recovery process to set expectations.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapy assistants, and technicians for seamless care.
• Document progress and maintain patient records.
• Support patients to regain confidence and independence.
