OrthoVirginia in Lynchburg, VA, is seeking enthusiastic Physical Therapists to join our team in a full-time, outpatient orthopedic setting. All experience levels welcome, including new graduates, with opportunities to advance through CEU reimbursement and residency programs.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/DPT in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapy license and CPR certification.
• Orthopedic experience preferred, but all levels are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Conduct detailed evaluations to understand patients’ conditions and needs.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans with achievable goals.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and post-surgical protocols.
• Educate patients on their recovery process to set realistic expectations.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapy assistants, and technicians for seamless care.
• Document progress and maintain accurate patient records.
