Job summary

OrthoVirginia is seeking enthusiastic Physical Therapists to join our outpatient orthopedic team. We welcome all experience levels, including new grads, to help patients move, heal, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, guide therapeutic exercises, and partner with physicians and staff to deliver exceptional care across multiple locations in Virginia.

Qualifications

• Must have a BS/MS/DPT in Physical Therapy and a current PT license.
• CPR certification and eligibility for state licensure are required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred but all levels welcome.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed evaluations to assess patient conditions and needs.
• Create and follow through with tailored treatment plans and goals.
• Lead therapeutic exercises and post-surgical protocols.
• Educate patients on recovery steps and set realistic expectations.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapy assistants, and technicians.
• Document progress and maintain patient records accurately.
• Support patients to regain confidence and independence.
