Job summary

OrthoVirginia in Reston, VA is seeking enthusiastic Physical Therapists to join our outpatient orthopedic team. All levels welcome, including new graduates, as we deliver expert care across musculoskeletal conditions and help patients move, heal, and thrive.

You will evaluate, design and implement personalized treatment plans, educate patients, collaborate with physicians and aides, document progress, and contribute to a supportive, growth-minded practice with competitive pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or DPT in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapy license and CPR certification.
• Orthopedic experience preferred, but all levels are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed evaluations to understand patients’ physical conditions and needs.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans with achievable goals.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and post-surgical protocols.
• Educate patients on their recovery process to set realistic expectations.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapy assistants, and technicians for seamless care.
• Document progress and maintain accurate patient records.
• Be a supportive presence in the lives of patients, helping them regain confidence and independence.
