Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license and CPR certification.
• Orthopedic experience preferred, but all levels are encouraged to apply.
• Strong written and verbal communication and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orthopedic outpatient therapy and restore function.
• Conduct detailed evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and post-surgical protocols.
• Educate patients on recovery processes and set realistic expectations.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapy assistants, and technicians.
• Document progress and maintain accurate patient records.
