Job summary
Innovative Therapy Concepts in Macon, GA seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist for Ortho Georgia outpatient services. You will evaluate and treat diverse shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand cases, fabricate splints, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to restore function and reduce pain.
New graduates are welcome. CAPTE-accredited OT degree required. Competitive salary plus benefits, mentorship, and growth through ITC Elevate program.
Qualifications
- Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
- Excellent communication and people skills.

Responsibilities
- Review physician referrals and patient records to determine OT treatment.
- Test and measure strength, ROM, and functional capacity to guide treatment.
- Plan and write treatment programs based on evaluations.
- Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapies to restore function.
