Responsibilities

• Review physician referrals and patient records to determine therapy needs.
• Measure strength, range of motion, and functional capacity to design treatment plans.
• Plan and document treatment programs based on evaluations.
• Administer manual and therapeutic exercises to improve function.
• Instruct patients in home programs and use of assistive devices.
• Coordinate with physicians and other care professionals for patient care.
