Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in Georgia (or eligible).
• Strong communication and patient-care focus.

Responsibilities

• Review referrals and patient condition to determine PT treatment.
• Perform tests and measures; document findings to guide plans.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on evaluation.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve function.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and safety.
• Coordinate with physicians and staff to integrate care.
