Job summary

Premier Orthopaedics in partnership with Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder Center seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist for our Aston, PA office. You will assess, treat, and manage patients with orthopedic conditions in an outpatient clinic, collaborating with physicians to develop individualized care plans.

Responsibilities include patient education, supervision of PTAs and aides, and maintaining accurate medical records while contributing to ongoing staff development and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• State-licensed physical therapist in PA.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic PT preferred; new grads welcome.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized care plans with physicians and patients.
• Treat and manage orthopedic conditions in an outpatient setting.
• Educate patients and families on therapies, exercises, and home care.
• Document findings and treatments accurately in medical records.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Aides.
• Support ongoing education and professional development of the PT staff.
