AdventHealth is seeking a Physical Therapist in Palm Coast, Florida to join our care team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care, documenting charges accurately, and contributing to community outreach to promote rehabilitation services.

Applicants should hold a Doctorate (preferred) in Physical Therapy and be licensed as a PT or PT-TEMP with Basic Life Support. This is a full-time, on-site position with variable day shifts and a competitive pay range.

• Documents and charges accurately, completely, and timely following standards and department policies.
• Markets to physicians and physician practices to build referral relationships.
• Engages in community outreach and educational activities to promote clinical services.
• Adjusts and adapts to changes in patient census by reallocating hours across centers as approved by management.

Job Description:

• Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Up to $3,000 Relocation Bonus

Schedule:

Exact shift will vary. Looking at a shift that could potentially cover 8am-12pm Saturdays and 8am-6p, Tuesday-Friday or 10am-7pm Monday-Thursday and 9am-6pm Fridays.

• The anticipated minimum pay rate for this position is $35/hour.
• Documents and charges accurately, completely, and timely using measurable and objective terminology following standards of practice, insurance guidelines and department/hospital policy and procedures.
• Participates in marketing to physicians and physician practices to build referral relationships.
• Performs evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards. Participates in marketing to physicians/physician practices to build referral relationships.
• Supports consumer marketing and public awareness through participation in community events, educational lectures/speaking, and/or other extension of clinical expertise to the community.
• Adjusts and adapts to changes in patient census by altering working hours to assist in other centers and programs as approved and observed by the manager or director.
